WOMAN

I was alone,
in my complacency,
unaware of what loneliness really was.

I felt that something was missing
but I couldn't put my finger on it.

There had always been an empty space
in my heart,
but I didn't know what to fill it with...
...
...or how to fill it.

The days were long...and the nights were longer..
for there was something within me
that was flesh of my flesh and bone of my bone,
that only my creator could bring out of me.

I could almost feel her gentle kisses on my heart,
and her healing words,
that work a therapy over my soul.
....

When I awoke from this vision...this dream,
there she was...lying right beside me...
and then she uttered the
words of her existence
," I'm here to help you.
I am your love,
your 50%,
your other half,
your soul mate,
your physician...
for life."
